Returns
Tin Yau Limited accepts returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged products in original packaging within 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order. This return period is absolute. Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be processed.

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears all return shipping expenses. Original outbound shipping charges are non‑refundable. Tin Yau Limited does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return postage.
Refund Timeline
Once Tin Yau Limited receives the returned package, inspection is completed within five business days. Approved refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

No refund is issued until the returned product passes inspection. Items showing wear, damage, missing parts, or non‑original packaging will be rejected and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Non‑Refundable Charges
The following amounts are not refunded under any circumstance:
